In the context of managing expectations, this deserves its 5 stars; it's a simple chain restaurant with a fixed offering but... they make it work, and it works very well. It is what it is, and as a restaurant providing a straight forward service from a standard range it did so very well indeed. Five stars from me because the small issues were resolved so promptly. All good, thank you.

Love going there for Thursday night quiz, the staff are so friendly and I always have a meal on quiz nights, wish they'd go back to weekly instead of fortnightly. Nearly always enjoy the food. Wish there was more traditional food as I don't like burgers.

Food okay. Service okay. Facilities, including accessible, okay. Range of loyalty and other money saving offers Good all round family pub that not overly expensive.

We upgraded the mixed grill to a rump, the chap that took our order never asked how We wanted it cooked. When I said medium he just nodded as if it was took for granted. Which it wasn't, it was well done. My husband asked for his steak medium, when the waitress came and asked if it was ok , we told her it as well done, she said she would mention it to chef , she never got back to us. Very disappointing. We were there only last week the steaks were perfect. Seems some of the staff weren't interested in customer service tonight

Good pub grub. Great value for money. Staff extremely helpful. Plenty of parking available. Lots of reserved tables, especially in the evening and weekends, you may need to book?
