Great family pub always a great bunch in here whatever night you go pub like this are a rare find but should be supported to keep going always live sport showing and out door covered beer area. Well recommended.

Heard a lot about this place and how good the food was.. was more than surprised when we walked in.. so warm and inviting.. that was just the open fire.. we ordered Sunday lunch.. fancied the braised steak but unfortunately it had all gone.. it was later in the afternoon at this point.. so we settled for Turkey and mixed meat carvery.. have to say it was delicious and plenty variety in veg.. we will definitely be back ..

Excellent food which is on the table in record time. Great atmosphere. Can't fault anything.

A good choice of ales on the bar. The Holden's and Enville were excellent. We'll go again. Ignore the website, not open until 6.00 on Thursday evening. Phone them about other days.
