Really happy with our new lounge Blinds! Good quality and good service from Window Creations. Was kept informed of timescales and the fitting on the day which was helpful. My mum's also been really pleased with the service she has received from this shop! Will definitely use again.

Very disappointed in this company. I had them out to my address to quote for backing a box pelmet already insitu for me. They promptly came out to measure up. However after being promised the quote the next day, I never heard. I telephoned and I was told I would be called back that day or the next day. I never heard ! I called the next day to be told similar ! Again never heard ! This was around 6 weeks ago and I have still never heard from them after chasing them twice for them to give me the quote I gave up! Customer service absolutely zero! Definitely avoid using ! Poor service !
