I am a tenant so I can only commend the job of the carpet fitter who came to fit a new carpet in the home I rent currently. Wayne from the get-go was very friendly and polite. He catered to my needs in terms of needing a certain place done last due to my cat. He got straight on with the job and what a cracking job he did. The new carpet on the stairs and hallway looks spectacular. Wayne is an asset to your company!
After 4 months of decorating just had final room fitted. What a fab helpful polite team of Carpet Fitters! Highly Recommend both the store for quality products and of course the wonderful fitters. Thank You. Linda Holliday Wrawby.
Went to them and got fantastic customer service from the assistant selling the products to the fitter. Went that extra mile to help and did'nt try to pressure me into a sale. Sent out someone to do a free quote within a week. Then fitter turned up on time and done a fantastic job and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend this company.
From the moment we walked in we knew we were in good hands, brilliant advice on buying a carpet for our nursery we didn’t think about wanting bleach and stain resistant. Good range on offer, we chose, measured up and had it fitted within a week. Would hugely recommend
These guys are amazing. Just had a carpet fitted in my living room and it looks Brill. They fitted me in when it was convenient to me and the guy that came was efficient and friendly. Lovely carpet, lovely service, lovely price. Well done Wilsons Carpets will definitely be back.
Excellent service. I had just moved in so no carpets in the house. They had measure and fitted me within 7 days. I am so happy with them they are coming out to me to do my bathroom. Would recommend them to anyone .

I wanted something cheap to tide me over until next year when we get round to putting laminate down. Staff were friendly and very helpful who understood what I wanted and wasn't pushy. Excellent customer service throughout - even gave me my carpet gripper free. I also asked about a particular sort of carpet - only wanted a small piece to put in the house entrance - and when I went to the loading area a piece had been found for me amd given free of charge. I will happily use Wilsons in Grimsby again - they go that extra mile for their customers which isnt found in most of the larger carpet suppliers.
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU TO YOUR STAFF we have just got a super king size bed from willsons, very pleased with service from the sales staff, and saved a lot at sale price delivered on time, will use them again. you can look around and not get jumped on bye the staff . 11/04/ 19 update we have had the bed for a few months now the bed looks great but you would sleep better on a bed of nails set in a concrete base, thought it would get better with time,[ comfort rating zero ] still give wilsons 5*for service the bed 0*
Called in today, very helpful. New carpets required in the near future will definitely give them a call.
