Delivered a faulty settee and their aftercare and communication is absolutely appauling, been on going for 8 weeks now and just don't seem to be getting anywhere. Showroom staff are trying to be helpful but the regional manager and others just don't seem interested. I'm just a mere number that will be overlooked to a company like this but trust me if you get a faulty settee you'll will find out what I'm talking about, they have your money and that's all they are bothered about.

Shocking service which ended up with us having no carpet fitted. Took time off work for this so my time was wasted. We had our money refunded and had to start again somewhere else
