I been there couple of times with my mates for badminton section .. and was good overall. The thing i hate is that they never pick up the calls whenever we have to book and all that .. if they fully booked they can just pick it up and let us know .. so we didnt waste our time to call the reception again nd again
Great place. Been there for the Bounce Park and the kids loved it a lot. Changing rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Staff is helpfull. Can not recommend enough.
Bounce park is well staffed, but somewhat overpriced imho. Family of four for an hour was £55 as of course you need to buy their socks. It's in a big sports hall. It was fun and clean but a lot to pay for an hour.
So much fun as a 15-year-old felt like a kid. I met this really nice guy there. But i didn't catch his name sadly. But it is an amazing place in general and the workers are so friendly.
Attended for a party at the Bounce Park. Bouncing facilities were great and the antibacterial socks were a nice touch. No odour, lots of different jumps, slides, ball pool, games within the bounce park, easily a few hours enjoyment and staff were fun and friendly with the children.nnParty food and decorations were unfortunately cheap and nasty, and not appropriate - vegan hot dogs for all, lemon and lime slushies that tasted like cleaning products, and an ice lolly. All the children hated it. Thin napkins provided, no good for inevitable spills. Would really not recommend having a party here, felt like they didn't understand children. Staff very apologetic about the offerings.nnNeeds a good rethink - ham, cheese or jam sandwiches, sliced peppers, cucumber sticks and crisps with a fruit salad, biscuit or cupcake as dessert. Not difficult to prep and would be much better received. Hope they listen to constructive feedback!
