Great gym. Able to use the training facilities easily without waiting. Trainers are very good and are on hand if you have any questions.

We have been members for just under two years and we find the facilities amazing. The gym's unique location in a spacious light and sunny spot combined with friendly staff make our workouts more fun than we have ever had before. Spencer and Nancy are very approachable and keen owners and their staff that run the classes are first rate. The team complement each other well well. No pushy self serving class instructors here. Highly recommended, however where's the coffee machine? Regards Tony Everitt and Mandie Porter
