I've had help with recurring muscle injuries and cramps from both Kim chiropractor and Emily sports masseuse and always been really pleased with the results. Kim is very knowledgeable and gives clear instructions on how to prevent further injuries and rehabilitate any weak muscles, only scheduling/advising on follow-up appointments when necessary I've found some chiropractors are keen on saying you need to come back every few weeks to get adjusted again, which is just for the £££, in my opinion. Emily is also very adept at her craft and personable. Both are highly recommended by myself and my wife who is a sports science graduate, so knows her stuff!.
Kim has really helped get my health and fitness back on track. After years of chronic pain, 2 hip replacements, a lower disc problem and arthritis I was struggling mentally and physically. After 6 treatments with Kim and regular daily stretching I am feeling so much better, more flexible with less pain and a much brighter outlook. I cannot recommend KP chiropractic enough. Very thorough and professional service with proven positive results for me. Thank you so much Kim!!
Absolutely magic. Kim's like a Sherlock Holmes mechanic for your body. Went in with a tight shoulder that was causing me headaches. Had this for over a year and been to two physios through work and sport. After some investigation, Kim found I had tight muscles in my side causing the issue. Possibly brought on from COVID coughing. All sorted now. Delighted!
I was lucky to find such a great McTimoney chiropractor right on the doorstep in Didcot. I've had persistent shoulder problems related to desk posture; though I'd already seen improvement from my previous chiropractor whom I could no longer visit, Kim has continued that journey, and introduced some useful new stretches alongside my previous regime, which have been a big help. She offers an excellent, friendly and professional service.
Kim is an excellent Chiropractor. She listens, understands different challenges and lifestyles and works with you to ease those aches and pains. Friendly and efficient. Great facilities. Would highly recommend.
Kim is amazing! There is a warm friendly atmosphere, and I felt comfortable straight away. My condition has improved in a matter of weeks and I would thoroughly recommend Kim to anyone.
Last year I suffered a severe attack of sciatica. I could hardly move, sit, walk or stand Kim looked after me with gentle massage & acupuncture. Also gave me advice for home exercises after 8 visits I was back to walking without pain. Very highly recommend
I highly recommend KP Chiropractic and Kim. She is so skilled and knowledgeable at relieving pain and tensions through Chiropractic treatment and I always come away feeling so much better. She is also so friendly and kind and it is always a pleasure and a great relief to go and see and be treated by Kim.
Cannot recommend Kim highly enough. She has helped with lots of niggling issues including back pain and knee issues. Kim always explains what she is doing and what she thinks the issue is and will always recommend exercises or other things you can do at home to prevent reoccurrence.
Kim is amazing I have back troubles and am hypermobile in my joints so have life long conditions needing attention. Kim has helped me with preventative work as well as maintenance.
