Great place - loads of weights, there's a good mix of people who go here and a friendly team running the place.

It has everything you need if you know what you need when you train , I like it as it has some old school weights to throw around or if you prefer , some good up to date machines , not the biggest of gyms but how much space do you need ? Great friendly staff who are always willing to help and advise you , for the price ? I've trained in expensive gyms and not so expensive , I'd say this is bang on the money , not too expensive and not to cheap to make you ask why , I'd recommend this gym to anyone , don't forget the free parking too !!

Basic, cheap and cheerful. Make sure you don't miss a payment though or they'll intimidate you and throw you out.
