Had a lovely lunch The Willow Tree and the bar man, Karl was a star. My 7 year old daughter insisted on “paying” for her own fruit shoot. She opened her purse and tipped out x46 1p coins onto the bar top - Karl’s face was a picture. He however was very good and smiled and played along and counted her pennies and then she tapped my card to pay the remaining pennies. Thank you for making her day xx

Planned a birthday meal for my partner,kids and family members tonight.  I can say it was perfect. Jonny I spoke to arranged our booking. He went above and beyond, I came in early with cake,balloons and banners and he made the table look amazing!  When we arrived we were greeted in such a lovely manner. A gentleman at the  bar was very quick to take our drinks and food order. Really friendly and easy to talk to. Also suggested another drink to try which we did so glad we did as it was great.  Vikki was serving our table great customer service skills. So friendly and always nice to have a laugh with during the evening.Amazing towards my children and made them feel happy and excited. When we were ready for the cake the table was cleared super fast. Great check back on our table to.  The food was perfect,everyone ate everything. Cooked so well. wait time was great.  Overall our night couldn't be better. Just a perfect birthday meal. The staff were all super friendly and made you feel welcome.

We ordered BBQ crispy burgers and 2 traditional carvery. Meals as always very tasty and staff are very friendly. We will be back.

We came as a group, what an amazing service and fabulous breakfast. Well done to all the staff. Breakfast pizzas in the all you can it are a win win

Went Jacks patch garden centre walk round then decided to go Willow tree for lunch had cavery very nice but a bit skimpy on the meat chef cuts it very thin potatoes, Yorkshire pud cauliflower cheese  was nice

We visited this evening for the festive menu. There was a large group of us , adults and children.  Excellent choice, and really helpful waitress Shirley and chefs - great with different dietary needs.  Brilliant value, service and tasty food.  We will definitely be back and would highly recommend.  Thanks for a brilliant evening

Can only comment on the breakfasts, but my wife and I enjoyed ours so much we returned the next day for another one. We went not long after they opened as with buffet style the food tends to dry out quickly if the establishment is not busy. This was all freshly cooked, and a good selection. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Prices were very fair. Next time we're in Torquay we'll definitely be back

Been here many times know what you are getting. Carvery was well cooked home style cooking. Really enjoyed. Great atmosphere. Superb staff will return again soon. Johnny the manager was fantastic friendly and very attentive.

Had a great meal here tonight. Leon and Shirley were fabulous , and even though Leon had been there for only 2 weeks his customer service was amazing and made us feel very welcome. An asset to the team : Shirley the manager was great for acknowledging such a great team member whilst also being great herself :
