Absolutely shocking service. Just got off the phone to William H Brown. I was looking to view a house and cannot make the open day due to work commitments. We were told unfortunately we can't see it at all. Cannot get over this. And I'm not surprised by their low rating on here. Shocked! Will be avoiding at all costs. Manager couldn't even speak to me to clear up what unusual thing that had been said. Shame as was calling to put a property on with them too... but never got that far. Thankfully!

Extraordinary levels of support and amazing patience... the team at William h brown in ware are superstars! If we had picked any other estate agent the whole process of selling our home would have been a nightmare (as it has been on previous occasions with other agents). But their expertise not only helped us to prepare our house for sale, but ensured we received the best price. 

Yes, they are part of a network, but their enthusiasm, passion and Emma Richman's style of management is very personable. 

A refreshing and rare high level of service... we'd recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home in the Hertfordshire area.

Fantastic team! Bought a house with them a couple of years ago. Emma and Phil were so helpful, professional and nice.  I was a first time buyer and was a bit stressed but they made my experience such a good one. So good that when I decided to sell again my property 2 years later due to a break up,  I got straight back in touch with them. They handled that so brilliantly. Helping me through the process of selling and keeping me updated at every step. I highly recommend this agency and think that Emma,  Phil and their lovely team are absolutely fantastic! I have to mention also Ricky from William H Brown in Hertford who helped us with our mortgage. He was brilliant. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and always there to answer possible questions! Would definitely buy another house with them! Thank you guys!

Thanks to Emma, Josh & Helen for all their hard work on finding me a buyer for my flat. I had a dreadful experience with two other agents and they were like a breath of fresh air.  Highly recommended!

months after vacating a property and they will not return a £2000 deposit, they tell me its no longer thei9r problem and i must speak to a lady called Clare Wright in Norwich who never responds! im not sure she exists!
