I'm a landlord.  Having spoken to tenants who've had to deal with B and P, I am thoroughly appalled by the aggressive and possibly illegal fashion, with which this agent treats tenants.

I will be avoiding them, and I urge all other landlords and tenants to do so.

Greg & Clare were both extremely helpful in pushing through the purchase of my property towards the latter stages of the process. Approachable and understanding of what can be a highly stressful few months. Worked above and beyond the call of duty to get the sale over the line on my desired date of completion. Highly recommended.
