Worst letting agency ever - avoid!
Incompetent and impolite, no customer service. They want something, it has to happen ASAP. You have an issue - well good luck - be prepared to chase this for weeks until you sort it out yourself in the end.

So far this estate agent has not returned calls and has been inefficient at chasing  solicitors to ensure that completion occurs on the day that it is supposed to. However, once  a complaint was made to the manager and he was made aware of the situation, he went out of his way to help my son's sale a success.Thank-you Alan.
