I have been overwhelmed by the pro-active, professional service that Richard, Pippa and the rest of the team at Belvoir Northampton have demonstrated.  My property needed a significant amount of work to get it up to scratch for renting out - Richard organised all of the quotes, oversaw the work and had the property rented out, all within 2 months.  Communication has been timely and relevant; as someone who is living overseas, I have the utmost confidence that my property will be well looked after and that compliance issues will be taken care of.  I should note that I have used two other Northampton letting agents in the past, and been dismayed by their service - Belvoir Northampton have surpassed my expectations.

Avoid, called to advise them I had been involved in a car crash and just ask if it was possible to either pay deposit on credit card or split the payment, but made it clear this would not be essential!

They email me to say the landlord no longer wishes to rent with me, so I said okay, well can I view other properties emphasising that I would have the money to save the hassle. They told me no, despite having a few suitable properties listed.

On the plus side I got my agency fees back, however it speaks volumes that the 5 star reviews are from landlords and not tenants!

I purchased my fourth property from Belvoir, it was a smooth journey and services received were 1st class. I also hired Belvoir maintenance team to carryout full renovation of the property, they turned the house and garden to a stunning place which totally exceeded my initial expectations….brilliant job Belvoir! Thanks to James and Richard!

I have arranged a viewing with Belvoir, unfortunately the agent arrived without any brochure and information regarding the property. After viewing the property I realised that the photos used for advertising were from different property. When I asked the agent for the floor plan, he said that this is one bed flat and they do not do floor plan. The agent was on the phone almost all the time and I had a feeling that I disturb him.

As a first time landlord I used Belvoir and found them helpful and friendly.  Having discussed with relatives the difficulties they have found with other property managers  I was delighted to find that the team responded to my calls, contacted me when needed and were generally helpful. They found a tenant very quickly, notified me of problems and sorted them out.   An added bonus is the easy access to the offices with loads of parking!  I have recommended them to family and friends and will use them again.
