We had our house valued by 4 estate agents - and as soon as we met Matthew at Edward Knight we knew that’s who we wanted to sell our house. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable and not pushy. Marketing of our house was super quick and professional - photos were taken at 10.30am and it was on the market by 12.30pm and our house sold that evening! We had lots of interest and offers which were managed respectfully and professionally by the team.  The process of selling with all parties involved in complex but Mark at Edward Knight kept the line of communication going and chased solicitors, mortgage brokers and even the vendors for the property we were purchasing. Email responses were always prompt and we were kept updated which helped to ease stress levels. We know that if it wasn’t for the work of Matthew and Mark we would not have sold at the price we did. We recently purchased house in Roade and have to say- it wouldn't be possible without designated estate agent- Hayley- she was amazing and I can't praise her enough. She was always able to help and support us. All calls were returned, and emails answered, we had great communication with Hayley, even if our translation took long months, we were very lucky to have her support through all this process. Highly recommended, as whole Team did amazing work to help us and complete our purchase.

Michael went above and beyond. We had our new home built during Covid experiencing many delays so lost buyers twice because of the time it took, but Michael managed to find us a 3rd buyer!  With his advice managed to sell all 3 times after 1st viewing. Dedicated and professional service, excellent value for money. Could always get hold of him and he kept us informed of all developments. Unfailingly cheerful yet professional, always calmed me when frustration boiled over. the second purchase ran much smoother, but even there Hayley was always on hand to chase up information i wanted or find the exact staus of the sale.
