We have dealt with several estate agents including ones with large TV advertising budgets and can honestly say that the Maltby branch of William H Brown provides outstanding service - from start to finish.  For the latest property sale, from their pitch for the business right through to completion, they were with us every step of the way.  Calum and his team were always available, went above and beyond keeping us and our solicitors updated at all stages and were very professional and friendly.

I bought my house through William H Brown Maltby and now sold my house with them. The team are truly amazing at what they do. From the moment I called to arrange a valuation, they have gone above and beyond, and have been my rock! This sale wouldn't have gone so smoothly without their help, alongside their solicitors. Calum, Katie and Aimee I would just like to thank you again for all of your hard work and persistence. If I ever buy or sell again, I won't hesitate to come knocking at your door!

Have recently gone through a purchase with William H Brown Maltby branch and I have to say from start to finish they’ve been excellent.  in particular, Aimee who was our contact here. She was always keeping me up to date with the process and always saw that my requests were dealt with as quickly as possible. We had some issues relating to the boundary nothing to do with the estate agents and this was handled quickly and efficiently by Aimee, she’s been fantastic and if I come to tell my property I’ll be requesting Aimee as my estate agent of choice!  10/10 would recommend these guys!

Absolutely amazing service and staff. The whole team, Calum, Aimee and Katie were fantastic and helped us through the entire process of the purchase of our home. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond. We can’t thank them enough! Very highly recommended, wonderful team of people!

Aimee is incredible, she was there for us when we needed her, whenever we had a problem and it turned out to be a complicated purchase Aimee was there. She always communicated with us and going above and beyond to help us buy our dream house and start our new life. When Aimee was not at the office other team members were always available to help I cannot speak more highley of this estate agents.  Definitely recommend buying your home with them, truly wonderful team

William H Brown Maltby were extremely helpful and professional when sorting my mortgage and then helping me buy a house. I would like to give a special thanks to Calum and David as they explained everything well and kept in contact throughout the process. I would recommend William H Brown and will be using them in the future.

I have recently bought my first house through William H Brown and I highly recommend them. Katie was really helpful throughout the process and regular called to give updates and ensure things continued to progress. I will certainly use them again in the future.

We went with Dave Thorp for our mortgage and this process was incredibly smooth. As first time buyers, we weren’t aware of the options and process ahead of us but Dave explained the entire process extensively to assure us. We secured a mortgage through his help and have now moved into our new house because of this.

We have used Maltby branch of W H Brown twice. Once to buy and once to sell. The staff are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help. When we had problems or were feeling very confused with the whole process of buying our latest property they were always there to sort any problems out and make us feel better. I would not hesitate to recommend the staff, they were absolutely brilliant. Thanks again to Calum, Katie and Aimee.

Picked up my keys yesterday and that’s thanks to Calum, Katie and Aimee for supporting me and helping me throughout the whole process of buying the house. Brilliant customer service from start to finish. All three of them were very friendly and professional in everything they did, couldn’t have asked for anything more!
