Blundells sold our house in June 2016. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Sold our property in less than 1 week for guide price. Never had to chase them and always had calls returned. Laura chased our purchaser and solicitor regularly and always provided updates. I know several people who have sold/purchased via Blundells and have experienced the same level of service. I just wanted to take a minute to say how delighted I am with the outstanding service that I have received from the staff at Blundell's; they have really exceeded my expectations. I initially put our property on the market with ELR, but quickly realised that I had made a mistake and that the property was not in good hands. I moved from ELR and the difference was vast, it was night and day. I was assigned a sales consultant who called me every 2-3 days with updates and walked me through every step of the process. The sale happened quickly, but the service didn't end there, I continue to receive calls and updates with regards to the progress of the sale with solicitors and the buyers.
Thank you for a brilliant service, I will recommend you to everyone.

We just bought a house and got a mortgage with Blundells help and by being guided every step of the way by mark ward, the financial advisor for Blundells who has been clear, patient, worked above and beyond his hours for us and kind throughout. Mark found us the best deals and chased other estates agents and solicitors for us when the process was getting frustrating or slow. A thoroughly professional and helpful experience. Thank you!

I contacted Blundells Lettings Rotherham to let my property following a recommendation - I was not disappointed! The customer service lead by Rebecca Cryan was very professional and efficient. From first contact to finding a suitable tenant took less than two weeks and I was constantly kept up to date with developments. I know my property is in good hands and I have no worries.

The staff at Blundells are always helpful and fast to help.  I work with a lot of lettings agents around South Yorkshire but Blundells always stand out for their excellent friendly service. Thank you.
