When deciding which of my local estate agent to use I chose 3 to come out and meet I was met at the door of the Branch by Danica, a lovely smiley face and warm welcome! Jab from Crucible came as was complimentary about the house and positive in his attitude towards selling in such a sought after area of Wickersley. He dealt with me in an open, simple and honest way. He explained about Crucible and how the profits are donated to Charities and this was of great appeal given my recent bereavement. Jab then followed up with a pack of information and a cost for their services. Danica then called a week or two later to see if I would like to go ahead, which I did after having met the other 2 Estate Agents and seen what they could offer. Danica has been really understanding about my circumstances and has shown respect when taking viewings, taking calls, sending emails etc etc...and also great enthusiasm when obtaining offers and the best possible price for me! If you want an Estate Agent that does what it says and when it says it's going to do them, then choose Crucible! Nice people that can deal with you how you want dealing with and of course, competitive fees and get you the best possible price! Thanks all

WOW! First impressions count and when Jab first came out I was confident Crucible would be a professional company to look after us. I love the fact they are part of a charity too! The fact you are a local independent company who is small enough to care means such a lot rather than a national player who treats me like a number. Every query is dealt with immediately and with a smile. Danica - what can I say you are amazing. Professional, friendly and have sold my house in less than a week for much more than the asking price. I would employ you in a heartbeat! Can’t recommend Crucible and their staff enough. Kate and Paul Braithwell

My wife and I have sold our main home and a rented property through Crucible in the last year and have nothing but praise for the staff there. Jab (Manager) is very honest with his valuations/fees and runs a very happy office. Danica gets loads of positive mentions in previous reviews and there's a reason for this - she's damned good at her job and is always positive with buyers and sellers alike. A big thanks to Gary and Emma too who are always very helpful/friendly and do a great job keeping customers informed. Not as cheap as Purplebricks but if you want excellent service by a local estate agent who care about their customers Crucible are the number one choice!

I would highly recommend to sell your house with Crucible nothing has been too much trouble. Danica has gone the extra mile she has got me a buyer and helped me to find my new property... she even came to a viewing with me to help me choose a property! she has made the process less stressful for me.Another thank you to Gary and Emma who have helped along the way too! Great service from everyone in the office so Thank you for all your help! John

I rang Crucible estate agents as me and my husband were thinking of selling our family home (a daunting experience!) as we were outgrowing it. I spoke with Emma who was very informative, friendly and professional and she put me at ease instantly. So much so that I cancelled the appointments i had with the other estate agents. Emma arranged for the valuer to have a look at our home and called me again after to see if i had any questions rather than pressure me into selling. As we love our home so much we have decided to stay put and extend, however if we do ever decide to sell we wont hesitate to use Crucible and would definitely recommend them
