horrendous been in this house 7 years had laminate laid down nothing more but constantly seeing people going next door doing the damp new this new that i asked for a tenancy agreement a few weeks ago still waiting. i asked for a fence and gate so my kids can play out they refused so they cant play out as its not safe took 2 years to get a new boiler and a winter with an 8 month old in and out of hospital on oxygen to get it

Thanks again for everything, the landlord has been very kind  and I appreciated being given the chance to clear up forgotten rubbish myself! Most estate agents and landlords would have just slapped a huge fine on the bond deductions! 

Bricknells have been by far the best estate agents I have ever rented with. (And I have rented a lot of different houses over the last few years!)

As portfolio Landlord, I have worked with several management agencies over the years. Interestingly each agency is very different in their approach even though essentially they provide the same service. Recently I have started using Bricknell’s Rentals based in Sheffield to manage some of my properties and thus far the service provided has been exceptional. Friendly, approachable and most importantly efficient. I have no hesitation is recommending this company. Many thanks to Dawn and the team.

As a new landlord I chose Bricknells as my letting agent over 10 years ago. I havent been disappointed. The service they offer is consistently excellent. They deal with all matters promptly, efficiently and professionally. As a landlord it is reassuring to know that I have an agent as good as Bricknells always on hand for help and support.

I have been working with Bricknells for the past two years. As a landlady with a number of properties in the Rotherham area, I have found their local knowledge to be exceptional. They are quick to sort any issues that may arise so that the tenant is minimally inconvenienced. From the tenants points of view, the feedback that I get is always very positive. Happy tenants, happy landlady!
