I am an extremely nervous patient. And on the two occasions I have been to this clinic I was always treated so nicely. The receptionist is kind and helpful. I had tears in my eyes as I entered the room dreading that chair. But Dr Raj came up to me and instantly made me feel better. He is so kind and understanding. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. Trust me, it’s not easy dealing with someone like me. I am so grateful to you and I appreciate everything you do for your patients especially for me. He is fair with his prices and very transparent. He doesn’t judge and will recommend what is necessary. I recommend to everyone. Best dentist ever. Thank you

I contacted Willesden Library Dental Clinic to make an appointment for treatment which was declined because the practice was not accepting any new patients. I wanted to explore whether there would options in the future. I was recommended to call back and / or explore other options before the call was abruptly discontinued.
The best dentist I have had and he is NHS!!! He is very friendly, informative and gives very honest advice. He won't try and rip you off like some dentists try to. He will give you the options and tell you the likely outcomes of each treatment. He makes you feel comfortable, and will ensure you won't feel any pain His approach has improved my oral hygiene as I no longer fear going to the dentist. I now ensure I return every 6 months for a checkup. Would rate 6 stars if I could
Amazing dental practice. Dentist Khushil Shah is very professional and highly experienced, he handled my father's tooth extraction and after dental care very well I was very happy with the service. The Dental Nurse and reception always welcome you with a warm smile and the hygiene standards are extremely good.
I cannot recommend this place enough, I have never felt so significant as a client anywhere. They really do care. Unbelievably fantastic patient care, patience, rapport and empathy. professional work done, clean bright surgery. Thank you so much Dr Raj and Dr Shah.
Great service, they always treat my children and me, I always felt listen to and when a referral was needed it was done promptly. Sadly we move too far but I strongly recommend this dentis for families.
Firstly, the receptionist is rude, impolite and unkind. Secondly, the dentist is kind, but she did a deep cleaning in 5 minutes and regular cleaning in another 5 minutes, leaving all the tartar on one side of the mouth. I understand that being affiliated with the NHS I do not pay privately, but this is not professional, and I will a formal complaint to the order nhs, cause my husband, who had paid and the same situation happened. Not recommended
this practice is amazing, took my wife recently check a problem with her dentition with dr shar. he is an great dentist. explained all my options and had great treatment. no problems.
I hadn't been to the dentist for over 5 years so was extremely reluctant to go. I found this dentist and plucked up the courage to make an appointment. When I saw the dentist I was told that I had a massive whole in my tooth which was a complete shock to me. I was told a filling nor root canal would not rectify the problem! That my tooth had rotted so badly that these were not options. I was told the only way to resolve this was to extract the tooth it self. I was even offered a dentur may i add i am only in my 20's. I left the dentist extremely shocked at the thought of one of my teeth being removed. Discussing this with my partner i decided to get a second opinion. I visited an additional dentist and did not make them aware of what the previous dentist had told me. Turnt out my tooth needed a simple filling. Moral of the story these dentist profit from the more denturs that they make. The more tooth extractions they make the more money they are able to claim back from the NHS. I would stay far far away from this dentist. if something does not sound right it usually isnt. Complete scammers in my opinion.
