Such a fantastic practice. The staff are all super friendly and as someone who was quite nervous by the dentist, Dr Shah has put my mind at ease with painless procedures that are explained to you every step of the way. I've just come back from two root extractions carried out by Dr McArdle who performed the procedure effortlessly with absolutely no pain and some great humour along the way. If you want a dental practice that really cares about its patients, then Park Avenue wears the crown hands down (excuse the pun).

Dr Shah is wonderful. Kind, considerate, professional - he's made going to the dentist a pleasure. I recommend him, and this delightful practice, to all my friends and family.

I have booked an appointment and waited for 2 weeks. I have specifically said that I want to receive a plaque removal treatment when I book the appointment. When I see the doctor, I just received a general examination and have been given another appointment for 2 weeks later which is I came for actually. I paid 21 pounds for an examination which I didn't come for and waste my time. They could basically book me for a session with hygienist when I called them first. However the doctor and front desk was kind and professional and the clinic is very clean.

Park Avenue Dental Care has provided me with an excellent service. Though I am a very anxious dental patient, the skills and expertise of all members of staff at Park Avenue mean I am able to undergo dental check-ups and procedures with minimal anxiety. The administrative staff are efficient as well as kind. Tina, the dental nurse assisting my dentist, is also kind and calm. Dr Shah (dentist) takes time to explain preventative care techniques and dental procedures and carefully outlines options before fully including me in making decisions about my treatment. In essence, Park Avenue is a professional dental practice that goes to exceptional lengths to successfully treat anxious patients.

I am generally a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist, however my appointment with Dr Shah at Park Avenue North went really well. He made me feel at ease with his calming presence. I was also extremely pleased with the treatment i received and would recommend this dental practise to anyone who is looking for first class dental work and is of a nervous disposition as I am :) 0
