It is a shame i have to downgrade this practice as the quality of the dentist was great although missed out on a problem The reason why i am not happy is I had a personal issue why I couldn't make an appointment which was rescheduled to the following week. Unfortunately I didnt have money as I expected to get (bad job) so I had to call the same day to ask if I could pay later perhaps or reschedule from friday to monday. The answer was no and because i didnt give 24 hours cancel notice and that i have to speak to the dentist but she is on lunch nreak till 2pm. My appointment was at 2pm so she told me off and told me i cant go there again ever. I did beg her but she said no. Other practices let you to pay in installments and if i knew the doctor hearing my problem wouldnt book me again i would have gone to the appointment. I dont like the way they work. I am disappointed. Hopefully someone will see this and contact me in future from there as this is not right.
