I had an infection on my gums and was referred to WDC. They have the worlds greatest receptionist and a lovely dentist assistant. I was given antibiotics by the dentist who stated that I needed a ‘root canal’ treatment. I asked if he could do it and his reaction was to ask if I was ‘paying ’. Had I said I was on benefits he would have made an excuse and told me to find another dentist. I have been on the waiting list there for the last 12 months. It was very clear to me what was being insinuated. I said I was paying and then was miraculously given an appointment. It was made clear though that ‘you will not be a registered patient’. I genuinely refused to take the chance of being treated by that dentist and did not return. Real shame because the staff there are top class.
If you are chosen by fate, allocated by the the over lords of 111, to this particular dentist.. consider yourself one of the lucky ones. Great service, warm and lovely dentist, dental assistant and receptionist. Going to the dentist is never fun, but they made a difficult experience all the better.
I had a great experience at Willeseden Dental practise . An NHS 111 service referred me to this place .   The doctor, Kushal Shah, is highly professional and described all of the repercussions and treatments available for my painful tooth, which was eventually removed. The staff is really kind and accommodating. Even if it's your first visit, they make you feel welcome. Furthermore, when I subsequently called with the receptionist to seek a specification of the treatment I had for a claimant from insurance, she  genuinely arranged for the same to be mailed to my house. Overall, I am quite pleased with this dental clinic.
I visited this morning for an Extraction. I had not been to a Dentist for many years. I was Blown Away by the experience . From the smiling and welcoming receptionist to the most Professional and Friendly treatment that I received. This place is the DB of Dentistry
I waited almost 3 weeks for an appointment, once I arrived I was told the dentist left early and my appointment was cancelled an hour before. I demanded for someone to at least look at my tooth as it looked serious, come to find out I was right. I was then rescheduled for the following week. To my surprise my appointment was cancelled YET AGAIN on the day of. Overall I’ve been given the run around for a month. Super unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this dental centre AT ALL, so many inconveniences.
Receptionist was very rude and sarcastic!!! Answer to the owner I called and asked if it’s emergency. And i’d like to get an extraction done, Do i still have to book for an appointment. It’s my first time so I don’t know if i could just walked in or not that’s why i called and asked. The lady answered. Obviously! How else do you think you will get it? I was in shocked the way she said that so i asked her to repeat what she said. And yes! She said it again and even before she repeat what she said she even let out a sigh. And she repeat the same word that she said with a little bit of her voice raised. I was in so much pain so i just said thank you and hanged up the phone.
We went there as were referred by 111 for emergency dental treatment. The young doctor gave an accurate diagnosis. They are very honest and professional. I highly recommend this practice.
Been with this practice for years.until last week..charged my 20 year old son who is NHS £80 pounds for a quick 10 min check up.Ive spoken twice to the practice and still have no answer to what happened . So now I've charged practice.
Had an emergency appointment from 111 yesterday the all staff is so good... Thay closed at 6 but they fit me in last minute... All good high recommended this... Doctor was so nice given me a good treatment.... Definitely go back
TL;DR: This place is disgusting. I came here after calling 111 about half my tooth breaking off and it appears I was lied to about several things so that they could try to overcharge me for a treatment. They first told me that getting a basic crown via NHS is a bad idea as I would be back within a few months to fix it. After a quick google search I find out that on average it lasts 3 years, so this was just a scare tactic to dissuade me from using the free NHS treatment. They also told me that they would charge £500 for their crown. After basic research I find out that getting a crown from the NHS will only cost less than £300 and lasts 3 years on average. To top it all off, the young Indian male I spoke with seemed extremely uncertain about what he was saying, so either he was desperately thinking of new lies to tell or just doesn't know what he's speaking about. Regardless, you don't want him treating you. Edit: Yet I was still told that I would be given a crown there. And you say "there is nothing wrong with NHS crowns" but I was told otherwise in your practice. They said I'd be back in 3 months to get it fixed. Make up your mind. Also I find it funny how every positive review uses the same language and has the same grammatical errors. If you're faking reviews at least be creative.
