It's a bus driving training centre I think.
If you are in training for bus driver is a good place to be but not perfect. They don't really care about you but they are doing their job. Now they use all the Covid safety rules as an advantage and everything is extremely slooooow. What they used to do before in 1 week, now they are doing in 2 months
Very bad experience as I quit Metroline and they didn’t send my staff pass back to TFL for three months I’m wondering what is the legal time to send it back and if someone has use it as nobody provides me evidence that the staff pass has not been used, Christina Driscoll just told me that TFL is working from home and they don’t issue passes, I want to mention that I have start working for a different company and all my co-workers that start in the same day they receive passes except me because of fraud or incompetence, be really careful with this company as they are very corrupt
No-one EVER answers the phone! Useless!
Is there ANYONE on the other end of the phone line? Have been trying to call up all morning and simply no one is picking up. Absolutely USELESS. Other bus garages picked up in seconds. Don't WRITE a phone number onto your website if you are incapable of USING it!
If your unlucky enough to lose something on a Metroline bus and need to contact Willesden Bus Depot, be prepared to be very frustrated. I called them all weekend, no answer they may have been closed but I couldn't find anything online to tell me. I have now been calling all Monday morning and again no one answers the phone. We used to be proud of the service we offered customers in England, no longer, companies really don't seem to care about their customers any more.
The worse service ever in the uk history. I lost my item and keep calling they don’t answer any other bus garage u call they straightaway pick up the phone
Bus garage for Metroline west.
I've been calling from 10 to 12.30 to enquiry about a lost item, as one of the employees told me specifically to call after 10am. No one answered the phone, ridicolous.
A very busy area to shop for pedestrians it's great.Driving is harder to find a car space .A metropolitan area to shop in.
