187bus is not regular waiting 30minutes for a bus most days making a complaint
Nice bus garage with good drivers fron metroline.
it's a bus garage, what can I say. my bus was on time...
My daughter left her bag on the 98. I called around 9 am and spoke to someone on the morning of the 21st Feb he said to call back in a few hours. I called back in less than an hour and was advised to try again later as it had not been handed in. My daughter rang me at midday to see if i had gotten it and I had not, I informed her I would have to try later. Half an hour later my daughters school rang the bus garage too as my daughter was very upset about it and had been informed that I could collect it. So happy that it was retrieved. I am very impressed that I was able to talk to someone at the bus garage unlike the 206 bus company where "due to Covid 19 they were not answering the phones" I had to fill in an online form on two separate occasions and heard nothing back. When I arrived at Willesden BG around 4:30pm all the staff were helpful and directed me to lost property, there was no one behind the desk so they helped me to locate the person and updated me that they will be there soon. Thanks guys I really appreciate everyone's help in this matter
Old school type bus garage with 6 routes connecting NW London to central and other directions. Staff is very helpful and professional.
It's a typical British bus garage.
I know this place like the back of my hand. I left my Gucci glasses on the 52 Bus many years ago 2003 and went to Willesden Bus Garage Depot to see if they were handed in. But no. The place was not a palace but HRH Queen Elizabeth II has visited there.
Had a job interview. Only offer full time. So if your a parent on your own or have children with needs. Or you want another job. Do yourself a favour don't bother. The bus system is so outdated no wonder they are always wanting drivers they are still in the stone ages with rotas and flexible hours. It's a disgrace. It's also bullying if you leave us before 3 years you must pay us back for the training we provided. No matter if it due to sickness, death of family. Of the driver. Build up your hopes Failing on discrimination in many areas
Nice place to work Friendly staff
Just happened. 460 bus at Golders Green. The driver has just closed the doors on me although he had to wait since when I got there they were still open. Instead he tried to leave, I knocked the door for him to open and as he left i felt on the street right next to the bus . He didn't stop even then to see if I'm OK. Many people witnessed the incident. Drivers should really consider of what they really offer by doing this job. They serve hundreds of people by taking them back home safe. At least that's what they have to. There is no respect and certainly they look like they think that the buses belong to them. I was just trying to get home after being all day at work like him and instead I have two knees bleeding and I'm also late because of his bad mood. Worst experience ever.
