A bit disappointed really. There was little in the way of Christmas decorations or children's toys. Last year there was loads of choice. It is a nice clean and well laid out store though. Very welcoming.
Good selection household and garden goods,need more staff to man tills as not everyone wants to pay by card or use self service also lottery ticket sales should be separate from normal checkout.
I’ve used Halesowen wilko for many years,clean and tidy shop,staff very friendly,helpful and approachable. On this one occasion I had trouble purchasing a product they stocked. Kieron the store manger had to authorise the product and the amount I wanted. Unfortunately there was a problem and I had to return to the store,upon that Kieron came and sorted it all out for me. He’s an asset to the store nothing was too much trouble,he was apologetic and completed my transaction without fault. Thank you again Kieron for your professionalism and understanding as I was stressing out that day.
Excellent gardening products. Seeds 70% of at the moment which is great. Good hardware store, storage boxes, bin bags and batteries today all at good prices
Wilko Halesowen used to be a busy, well stocked store and a favourite go to visit for a wide range of goods at low prices. Today there were just empty shelves and notices everywhere saying there were delivery problems. strange that no problems at Stourbridge Wilko Nooks to me like they are closing down. Wilko management - what's going on at Halesowen???

Wilkinson has gone down hill hardly any stock lots of empty shelves didn't get everything I wanted had to search for an assistant could find one and only 2 tills open come on Wilkinsons what's going on
Good shop but out of stock of lots of things and only one till open at lunch time.
Always seem to have whatever I need. Good prices. Just picked some paint up for decorating. 40% cheaper than B and Q, and the paint is great quality, used it plenty of times before. Dog food good quality as well
Nice big store but lots of empty shelves and only 1 till open with huge queue and only 2 staff on whole shop floor?
