I know nothing about door locks.... James has managed to take a council licensing requirement and deliver a great solution with no hassle at all.

He even came in on a Saturday morning to ensure I had all the bits.

Fabulous customer service. James was able to help me out at very short notice to get me out of a fix and went out of his way to get what I needed the next day; spoke to James at 16:30 and by 10:00 the next day he was ringing me to say he'd got what I needed. Very highly recommended.

Great service, needed help quickly with anti snap locks due to an attempt burglary at home. Got the lock I wanted quickly and even gave me a new handle to try, so that I could secure the house up immediately. James is a top man and really helpful, recommended 100%
