Always as helpful as they can be in my experience. I Probably use the shop every 2 weeks and never had a problem.

I suggest management might want to give Andrew some customer service training. For starters how about trying him out with 'Good morning sir how can I help you' rather than 'Yeah'. You could then move onto teaching him that treating customers who return goods with suspicion and contempt, may not be the best way to get repeat custom . Finally, actually look as if you are making an effort to help rather than enter into monosyllabic dialogue while staring aimlessly at the computer screen. The other staff seemed a bit more switched on, so hopefully this is a one off.

Used to be a bloke working in there who really new his stuff but now he's gone , it's now useless , one girl tried to tell me a masonry drill bit was for steel and when I told her it wasn't the right bit she said we don't sell steel drill bits then , cracked a joke to the other lad and he was misses let as sin , front of house is the main selling point so if Toolstation can't get that right no wonder their struggling , RETRAIN your staff

Good value and convenient stock availability with realtime stock checking on the site. Think of it as an Argos for tradesmen! Free tea while you wait was a nice touch. This store is adjacent to another hardware store chain should you need to visit more than one.
