If you want good old fashioned customer service and to be treated like a person not a number, then this is the place. We had an enquiry about the purchase of flame retardant paint which we need to use on a build to satisfy regs. Deb was so helpful and friendly, going out her way to make sure we were purchasing the correct stuff. A lovely lady. A pleasant change from other places where you are made to feel like an inconvenience. Will definitely use Brewers from now on. Spot on for a good welcome and happy atmosphere

Wow just left your store earlier today. Do your staff have any ongoing training? I felt completely ignored by them. Stood by till. Staff member on till totally ignored me, Asked one question and was fobbed off - very unhelpful. I am not experienced with DIY so I then felt totally stupid. You obviously don't want my business. PLEASE train your staff not to judge people by the way they look and to treat everyone equally and bring their customer service into the 21st Century. It not difficult. Treat customers with courtesy and they come back... treat them with rudeness and they spend their money elsewhere.
