Took my winning scratch card to till after I had purchased my goods, and asked for another in place of the £2 win. She told me she could not pay it until I had scratched the security number off, I had no idea where it would be, as far as I knew you weren't suppose to scratch it off as it would be void, I have purchased lots of cards and won only £2 mind but I have never been asked to do this, she was very rude with me. Once we had done it she gave me the money, I said I wanted another one, snatched the money now was just gonna give me any £2 one when I clearly said the same.

Some nice stock , personal care branded stock can be pricy but some brilliant own brand products. Lack of staff on floor can be an be an issue. Nice shop for DIY and craft needs

Love Wilkos...I spend a fortune at this store. Some good deals and pretty much anything you need will be for sale here. Staff are excellent and go the extra mile when assisting you. 5* shop.
