Not only did he price everything I requested, replying in a timely manner, he also applied his knowledge to deal with some ambiguities in my request, showing a clear command of his subject matter. I spent plus 700 and he charge me 50 pound for delivery charge and they took 1 week to deliver it this company is a rip off recommend you don't go to this place. When we went inside the shop the staff didn't show any respect st all.
Disgusting customer service I was giving a order to them and whilst he was taking my order he went a and sat down. I asked who was the manager and he said it was him then I was told go place an order somewhere else I'm not bothered. Terrible service getting told to go order somewhere else wouldn't recommend
Rented a flue gas analyser. Another branch weren't coming up with the goods so they went all out and found me another. Dean kept me informed every step of the way and was INCREDIBLE!!!!! Many thanks !
Ordered 5 bulk bags of 20mm limestone for delivery on saturday for today. Got a text my delivery was due in 15 minutes. Almost exactly 15 minutes later it arrived. Asked if it could be dropped over the back fence. A skilled and extremely helpful driver did just that. Full marks for service and quality in my opinion. My thanks to the delivery driver for going out of his way to provide the best service.
