Had a problem with an order of taps that were delivered but some missing. Couldn’t get through on telephone so went in store. Linda dealt with it brilliantly and all with a smile. Wish every store was as efficient as Bury. Cheers.
Went in yesterday and was served by a lady, who was huffing and puffing about helping me. Just as I was about to leave, Steve came to the front and took over and helped put everything right straight away. A lovely bloke and definitely a credit to the store
Went into the Radcliffe store the other day for a load of fittings for doing some plumbing work at my house, Steve was the chap that served me, I gave him my list and he sorted the lot out no problem and help me to save money by suggesting to use a different item, which was cheaper and easier, top man, I have a screw fix at the bottom of our road but I would rather go 3 miles out of my way, you don’t get the same service at shitfix.
Always have stock, service can be a bit short on knowledge but always helpful.
There are two two businesses who run almost identical supply of tradesman needs & businesses. This is one of the two. They are both fantastic for tradesmen, long may they reign

Visited the Bury branch today and Chris greeted me well and helped me with my inquiry regarding sink parts, which I had no idea off. He scrolled through the brochure and brought to me the exact part I needed. Very helpful and prompt. I don’t know what I would have done without Chris’s help he came to recuse cheers mate
