Alima helped plan and design our Kitchen.nnAlima helped plan and design our kitchen, I did the build myself 21 units plinth's spice racks, coffee station, additional legs for units and corner pieces, the measurements and fitment along with quality blown away! Alima covered every hinge nut and screw. I would and already have recommended Wickes Bury to design and supply all kitchen needs, Alima is a SuperStar.
Always call in here rather than the B and Q just down the road as I find the service quicker and friendlier ..... prices are very similar. On my last visit I was served by Kirsty who was very polite and helpful.
Visited wickes preston for an excellent kitchen planning service, and recently bury for some very cheap wooden sleepers. All was good. 4/5 because the approach and car park and door and foyer are in dire need of some upgrades, so are a bit unwelcoming.
Absolutely outstanding service. The boys delivered earlier than expected. Everything was stacked so neat on my drive they would have had to carry everything down please pass on my thanks to your delivery guys .
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Wickes. I phoned with a simple enquiry and was met with one of the rudest members of staff I’ve ever dealt with. Her tone was abrupt, dismissive and completely unprofessional from the start.nnInstead of trying to help or clarify my query, she spoke over me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. It was genuinely shocking how little care or courtesy was shown. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect — and this call was far from it.nnCustomer service is the backbone of any business, and this experience has seriously made me question whether I want to shop with Wickes again. I hope management look into this and provide proper training, because no customer should be spoken to in that manner
