Thank you very much for a most generous approach this morning when I returned the equipment I hired at the end of last week. I explained that it was too large to use in the very confined space of the necessary work. I was surprised that you immediately stated you would waive the hire fee in the circumstances. Not only did you then reinstate the sum I had outlaid but then you gave me a handy discount on my next hire. I had not expected such an attitude in this day and age - remarkable, delightful and therefore very fit for public consumption.
Hired from them before at Egham and this time from Iver as I needed a mini digger. Great friendly service and a good price. Delivery was prompt and professional. Mini digger was pretty new and in great condition. Despite all the issues we had with CV-19, the digger worked very well. Also discovered that a week hire means 7 calendar days so a week from tues to tues is charged at a weekly rate. Great option for home owners and allowed a great deal of digging to take place. Would recommend to anyone.
I have used this company a few times over the years at the Egham office for various DIY and construction jobs and have never had a problem in the hire. You always see the same faces and all the staff are knowledgeable in the products they sell and hire. If I have ever been unsure how to use a product a demonstration has always been given which is a real confidence booster! My latest hire was for a mini digger which was delivered on time and worked faultlessly over the week we had it, the equipment was in good working condition and maintained to a good standard which again gives you confidence to finish the job. I would recommend this company for anyone from DIY to professional as they will have the tool for the job, they have become the hire company of choice for me.
Rented carpet cleaner for the weekend, collected on Friday and returned it on Monday for just £25+VAT including upholstery attachment. Good Karcher machines, better than Rugdoctor’s, easier to use for stairs. Great costumer service, friendly staff. I will use it again and definitely recommend. Thank you!
I have used Thames Valley hire for a number of years now. The reason I use them is: - comprehensive portfolio of plant and kit to hire - competitive rates - will try to assist even at short notice - very personable employees from desk staff to drivers quite rare in the trade Thoroughly recommend Reg Marsh
I hired a carpet cleaner for the weekend. Worked a treat, plus the staff member was helpful and very courteous. Loaded it into my car and everything. Cost was comparable to other hire companies but the service was much better. I'd definitely use them again.
This is a great hire shop. Very helpful staff, they’re always keen to offer advice on the best use of the kit. Excellent range of kit too, all top quality stuff!
Friendly and helpful. Lots of machinery that was needed in stock when others didn't have much. Good quality machines. Steve and co all helpful. Price match also.
The final bill for tower scaffold hire worked out to be double the price of the competition. AVOID!
