A large size store  in this shopping center with the facility of click and collect in 48 hours very helpful only thing is most of time shelves be empty if somethings is on offer so it is best to order online and collect it

Great size Wilko with everything in there that you would expect. Including Lotto facilities. Staff are warm and welcoming.  Free parking.

This shop has most household items, they do a good range of stock normally. Very friendly staff. Currently the stock is low, because of the supply chain disruption, with lack of lorry drivers. Parking is free at the Fort shopping center, so shopping here makes it easier taking larger bulky items home.

Popped in today for some household items and were well stocked up in the toiletries department with many items cheaper than other stores. Was served by Ayan at the tills and she was lovely polite and quick to bag everything up, great experience overall left with a smile.

Love this place especially for bird food. The staff at The Fort branch are always welcoming and very helpful. Big shout out to Gary who helped me with two heavy bags of bird seed to the car even in the rain! Very kind of him. I would  highly recommend a visit. Not always the cheapest but definitely worth a visit.

Used to like shopping at this store, bad decision to close it before having a replacement store set up in the area. Doesn't seem the company has really thought through how to smooth over the closure with customers who shopped there or ways to keep hold of them.  ie if you want to check stock at another store you have to ring up to find out if they have it in stock! If you have to get a delivery as the store is now closed down, not only do you have to order/spend more than you may want to, you also have to pay for the for the privilege of having it delivered!  Doesn't make great business sense. Wouldn't be surprised if B&M grasp the opportunity and move in to this unit/the units where Wilko are vacating - Seems unusual to be helping a competitor in such a way!

Quick for DIY, gardening, home or leisure. Standardise items at fair price. A website is bit difficult to use and filters could be better. Excellent in store availability. Thanks for keeping open during lockdown time.

The Fort store have really lovely staff, however it seems to be really low on stock  lately.  Some of the isles have had 50% of empty shelves, in particular the household section- They didn't have one mop bucket in the place, So had to get one from the Range .

Sorry to hear they are closing down at the Fort fortunately there are other Wilco stores near me If you want to  feed your ducks and Swans in your park Brambles food is excellent  the birds love it good value. Much better than bread. Please  bin all your plastic  in the park otherwise  the birds have to swim in all the rubbish
