Unlike other places B&Q still have stickers and directions on the floor promoting social distancing which is nice to see. Good selection and almost always has what I need. Polite and friendly staff

Variety and big stocks at reasonable prices.

Great! Really nice and helpful.  Things are difficult with the covid guidelines, but still respectful and helpful.  Worth encouraging

Be careful when shopping items on sale or clearance but "not in stock" yet exactly the same item is in stock and at inflated price you won't notice till you get to the checkout. I had to get a very rude young girl who claimed to be a supervisor to go and remove the misleading labels.

Customer service was top class. Spoke to a young man today, Ismail, in the kitchen department who was nothing but helpful and polite. Thank you again for your service.
