I have cats,dog,hamsters and always used this vet for years.Always kind and they always have time for my pets.What I appreciate mostly they are very honest about your pets health.Its not easy to say good bye to your pet ,it's the hardest decision, but they look after them and want best quality of life for your pet.If there is time to say good bye to your pet,they are very kind and thoughtful. My dog has gone to have his big boy op today and they have been fab with him so understand and thoughtful! I would highly recommend this vets so glad I change from my other vets! Thank you so much again for everything you have done/doing!

Very friendly and professional. Straight talking and no nonsense which is what I like. Very reasonable costs in my opinion
They care. And honestly if you knew nothing else about them that would be enough. Vets have one of the highest suicide rates of any profession so my heart goes out to these wonderful people working through covid. They've been there for my cats and they really, genuinely do their best. No complaints.
All the staff here are 100% dedicated to your pets health and well being. They go the extra mile and are very caring and know all their customers. It's nice to find an independent practice that puts animals before profits like so many vets these days. I'd highly recommend to anyone. I can't thank them enough.
Lovely place. My cat Harry was well chilled out . Didn't feel any pressure to buy extras was given the best and cheapest options for any treatments. Harry would recommend it he says purrrfvet!
Waited 15 minutes in blazing sun with my cat in her plastic carrier for handsworth surgery to open. Upon ringing the main dinnington number I was told oh no we're not opening in afternoons at moment. No notices were anywhere to be seen at handsworth surgery, nor have I had any notification last year they were constantly updating me by text of any changes. Not good enough, by time I got home my cat was panting
