The vets is clean and tidy the veteran lady we had been seen by lovely however the trainee nurse needs a bit or training in customer service as the experience we had with one of them talked to us like we did not understand the breed we have had this breed for over thirty years 
On the other hand the vets very professional
I would like to say that they do know what there doing with your pets 
even if they get a naughty boy / girl pets
