high quality vintage clothing; really lovely staff--will definitely be going back!
I have shopped in this store on several occasions but the last few times I am beginning to question my loyalty to the shop as a customer and feel the customer service is lacking on one occasion I was in store and they didn't have my size in some men's Dickies pants the manager was there and seemed to be trying to tell me my size I had to correct him as I had worn this brand before he offered to take my phone number and said he would call me when my size came in stock well.... I never got that phone call. I felt this was poor customer service. Another occasion I went in the shop on 28/02/2022 at around 16:30 there was a young girl at the desk as I walked in I said hello and she just looked at me and ignored me and the look on her face was a look of disgust and Contempt it wasn't very nice and not what I expect seeing as I had spent money there on previous occasions and the same girl gave me the same dirty look and ignored me again when I said thanks and goodbye on the way out. It hurts me to write this review because I am a huge advocate for supporting the local business rather than the mainstream department chain however businesses like this should pride themselves on great customer service so people come back as it's all about giving the shopper that personal experience. That's twice now that I have experienced bad customer service and once being from the manager himself. What a sorry state of affairs I don't think I will be going back to this shop.
Bought a lovely quality bobble hat at a great price only to have it destroyed by my dog the day after! Contacted by email Robin at the shop to see if he had another one I could buy. He found another and posted it out to me. Great customer service, thank you
Laid back vintage clothing store in a prime Lace Market location. Good selection of quality casual gear at decent prices - with a particular emphasis on American college and sports attire. Got a nice fraternity hoodie for around £15 - hard to get something like that elsewhere.
Overpriced and judgey staff. Only come with my mum cause she like the run & fly dungarees they stock. As too bigger females, you can see the difference in approach between us and smaller females.
Amazing selection of vintage clothes with a good range in price. There are clothes for men and women in many sizes and colours. I feel like this is a really good vintage shop and would definitely go there again.
Eclectic collection of clothing and accessories at reasonable prices. For those who like to experiment and create their own style. Not my cup of tea but a must-have in any town with a young creative population.
Offers a really nice selection of second hand and vintage clothing; however this quality does of course come at quite a high price considering they're second hand. Visit for a treat, not for everyday.
Wife quite enjoyed this place for the clothing they had and the prices were good so five stars.
One of the original vintage clothing shops in the country been there since the 1980s, American imports but great selection of men's and women's clothes
