Edit: Excellently made German products. Friendly staff, clean shop and well lit. Easy to look around also. Such a high quality and upper market set of clothing - been coming here for at least 8 years for all my going out shirts/ tops and the odd business shirt and pair of shoes too!

Visited store and was greeted straight away offered great assistance by two members of staff. The young lady who was on her first day was so friendly as was her colleague that she was shadowing. Great service would highly recommend. Thank you.
Items were set aside following a phone call. Staff were very prompt with their friendly service and coffee was offered immediately. Clothing was tried on and fitted perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this outlet

Excellent service from Courtney today, shopping for a suit for my other half. He usually hates shopping because of over-pushy staff, and she was excellent in helping him pick a suit and not pressuring about it. Great service! Suit is also great as expected.

Came to the store dressed casual and was ignored. Not helpful at all as they thought i can't afford their products. Went to flannels and spent £700. Customer service through the phone is as bad as shop assistants attitude. Ordered online what I wanted. Do Not recommend this store at all
Great store and products. Only thing letting it down was that you get looks from the staff as if you walked into the wrong place or as if you can't afford the clothing. Otherwise a great place.
