My initial review was 1* due to a disorganised service received and due to having to chase up on a number of occasions. HOWEVER, I have decided to increase to a 3* review to reflect the personal aftercare service that Jeremy is providing relating to my initial complaint and after our phone call and apologetic letter, I feel that the issues raised in my complaint will be reviewed and dealt with.

Found this solicitors to be very helpful giving sound and measured advice. Would recommend. Mr Parker in particular has been very professional and easy to deal with.

I have used Widdows Pilling twice now and found their service excellent. Mr Pilling would always speak to me and deal with my requests available every day of the week.

Not impressed at all. Was given a completion date, got everything arranged only to find out from our estate agent that the person buying our buyers house, didn't even have a mortgage yet.
Our solicitor was dragging her feet, never available, didn't pay the estate agent then asked for money that we had already paid.
The whole moving experience was made totally stressful by our solicitors.
Would never use Windows Pilling again.
