Moved near here recently. Unlike my 20 year local rbs at last location, these lot are a bunch of arrogant miserable gits. Whilst i am in there taking money out, i get misery ass saying "Oh we see we've not got your mobile number, let's update that shall we. I reply "you'll never get my mobile.nunber, it's private, not for you to send me annoying text or contact me when and as you please". She was so rude at my refusal..I will try never to go into that dump again. Infact with all rbs branches closing, I think I'll be taking my custom elsewhere and shutting my account with then.

I tried calling RBS walkden a number of times but no answer everytime what's the point in having a number
