If they happen to have what you want, then great. But don't expect much help in finding it, or advice about alternate products, or assistance in any way really. Very much a case of DIY.

Not a good place for the Diy man it's more for builders very limited stock go to Homebase instead

Amazed how this Branch manages to stay open. Customer service non-existent. The mainly (fairly elderly) staff there - have 1 speed of 'slow' and it seems to be more of a social club for them, than anything-else. (Obviously they wouldn't dream of actually cutting short the conversation between themselves to actually serve anyone). Ordered a 'click and collect' order, one afternoon for collection the next morning and on arrival, they'd not seen or actually done anything with it and therefore it obviously wasn't ready for collection - negating any notion of that particular service being quick and/or convenient for the customer - having to wait while they went of mumbling to find all the items previously ordered and paid for - without any indication from them that it should have been done and ready to go. Avoid ......
