I have been here many times to get items that are not available in one of my local Wickes stores. This is easy using click and collect or just checking stock online by store and then just finding it on the shelves. As I am interested in bathroom and kitchen ware, I had good look around and was pleasantly surprised to find quite a good range on display.
Ordered using Click & Collect from this store. Didn’t realise that it’s only 48 hours to collect so had to call the store to hold until I could get there after work today. The operator was friendly and reassuring. Went to collect item this evening and the staff were all helpful and efficient. One assistant helped me with the item to the car which was a relief as I’m disabled. Really great customer service which is quite rare these days. Well done Wickes Epsom and a massive thank you.
Our kitchen designer Matt has been exceptionally brilliant in creating a design that captured our requirements seamlessly. Right from the survey to a follow-up appointment, he was efficient and insightful with his suggestions. The whole sales process was quick, professional and clear. It was really down to Matt that we chose our kitchen with Wickes. After-sales and installation, Phillipa has been helpful in getting issues sorted.nnDue to a storage tank in the kitchen, the design required custom fitting and imagination which was well executed by Ivan - one of the best professionals I have come across. He ensured the kitchen was fitted to the highest standards and without any hassle to us in terms of missing parts. He enjoyed the job and engaged us in decision making at the right time. Ivan worked well with our stone fitter and completed all follow-up issues raised rather promptly.nnOverall, we are very pleased with the decision and highly recommend Wickes, Epsom.
Although we had a fantastic designer in Nadir and a good installer, the aftercare is atrocious. Damaged goods installed and so far it has been 3 months chasing and chasing to get the remidials carried out. The laughable thing is that Wickes calls US asking for an update. The bathroom should not have been signed off but was, working days lost waiting for installers to carry out corrective works but not turning up, no communication from customer relations or complaints. Was told I couldn't speak to anyone apart from our case handler who doesn't reply to emails and also doesn't know which cases they have. Anything I ask the case handler is'abive their job remit'. Such a shame as the bathroom is amazing but when you can't use it, what is the point? And already paying for it, that's the punch in the ribs. If I could give 5 stars to Nadir and ZERO stars to customer care I would.
Awsome Love Wickes, super quality and always fair prices. Staff are always so helpful for DYI and recommending tools and deals. Great location too
