I Visted epsom store on Saturday. Staff were brillant and the store looked great. Customer service and product knowledge was execellent. I got everything i wanted and an extra 15% off. Well done

Rude Staff, terrible customer service, incredibly arrogant manager named Lewis Seaman who looks like he just left school. They will try everything to not refund you for purchases bought at other stores or when you use click & collect / home delivery. You have to phone head office customer services and make them force the store to give you a refund whilst you stand there on the phone to them for 30 minutes. Absolutely appalling, have made a formal complaint which has so far not been responded to. Will be taking my complaint further to the ombudsman is due course. Total disgrace.

I work at Wickes Epsom. The store has just undergone a refit. Staff work hard and try to meet customer expectations. This is not always possible as what is shown online is not always available in store. I suggest that customers always contact the store to check stock levels before making a visit to Wickes Epsom.
