They fined me for parking. I was there for bathroom refurbishment consulting with a staff who was mostly talking about his private life for more than an hour. I need my money back!!!!! Whoever go to this place watch out for parking fine during consulting.
Usually a very nice place with decent household items and staff. One bad experience: Staff member ignored me when I asked for help finding Gorilla Glue. He said he didn't hear me, even though I grabbed his trolly, signalling him. Products are similar to IKEA but higher in price.
The store is well laid out making it easy to find what you want, and if in doubt the staff are friendly and helpful.
Ordered a sofa chair on 12th Jan for delivery on 17th, I organised and booked day off work then tonight at 8pm I get a text saying delivery will be on 18th....!!!! Terrible customer service

Staff are rude, unhelpful and unknowledgable. One of the ladies at the checkout and another at customer services have been rude on several occasions. Totally uninterested in helping and don't seem to know the stock well. Store seems a bit disorganised with some prices missing and some promotional items far from the rest of the same type of stock so can be hard to find what you are looking for and with the staff as they are, it makes it even harder. One male staff member was slightly helpful but the two females at checkout and customer services were enough to deter me from returning.

I BOUGHT TO CANS OF PAINT AND A WHITE PAINT SPRAY.CAME TO £85 WHAT A DISGRACE. Staff just not interested to get it changed. She called it posh PAINT!!!! They can't wait to get rid off you. I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO WILKO EPSOM. MOST PRODUCT WRONGKY PRICED. JUST DONT GO TI HOMEBASE EWELL. ITS A DISGRACE!! And the latest manager of the store cover up an absolute disgrace.
They have Dulux paint mixer in store and price much better than Brewers
Got the things we went in for. Staff were efficient .
I visited the store 3 weeks ago. I'm in the process of painting my babys nursery whilst also getting other parts of my home fixed up. I had a list of things I might need and/or wanted. I had on 2 separate occasions staff come up to me and ask if they can assist in any way. They were both really helpful and knowledgeable! Pleased to say the work is almost complete!
