Went to the mountain warehouse in Epsom on Saturday. Had amazing service from Emma. The store was very busy however she still found the time to give good advice on a multitude of products particularly as my husband is climbing Kilimanjaro. I have taught customer service and I would say that she was a great example of what I tried to teach. She was calm professional listened And had the ability to juggle many customers with questions like us. Because of that we bought much more than we intended and will definitely be going back there again. Thank you Emma. Marie and Phil garrard t

It's a good sized store with a large range of stock. Staff are very helpful and friendly and offer good advice. If you're a brand snob though you may be better off going elsewhere you won't find premium branded goods like TNF, Berghaus etc in here.

This is where you should go first, If you are looking for outdoor equipment in Epsom. It's small but has quite a lot of the things you may need. There are bigger shops with more choice in Kingston.
