Customer service in general good/okay, nothing great or nothing to complain about. All in all very dirty and unorganised store. I tried to get some stick on tiles, but the whole bying experience was bad. Not because of the staff members, only because of the ordering system. As they didn't stock the product, they couldn't order them in (even when it said online that products is part of c&c to that store). I had to pay for delivery in the end. Very complicated indeed.

I bought tiles and even paid for an am slot.I got a text on the day of the delivery to say they could not deliver them.I called and qas told Saturday the next day.They refunded my delivery charge and am charge.Then i got a call and told the agent gave me the wrong information.I was told another day.Luckily i had a day off.Not the first issue.A kitchen man came to look at my kitchen and just walked away and said cannot do your price range.I would not go back to do business with them again.Terrible customer service

Beware of the car park! We stayed 16 minutes over the two hour limit and got fined by "ParkingEye" - £50 if you pay up straight away or more if you delay. Was not helped by the difficulty in finding staff to help us choose.

I had a bad experience with on-line Wicks, the 2 gentlemen
I spoke to at customer service were very helpful but the lady at Wicks Hove her name is Jaqueline was absolutely brilliant thank you for your help..

My mother purchased a kitchen from Wickes. It took 3 months to be fitted. So an elderly lady was left without and oven and hob for far too long. Quite terrible really. However after the installation was "finished" the problems began to arise further. The tiling had been done to a terrible standard. Plug sockets didnt match. the floor was laid on top of the old one yet the kitchen door wasnt re hung so it scraped the new floor. I complained in November 2016 and its taken till now to get someone out to acknowledge the disasterous work. My advice. DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN from these guys. You'd be better off paying thousand and thousands of pounds for a headache as ultimately that's what you'll receive.
