I really like how efficient all toolstations are from website to collection but this one is exceptional
I always visit there and pick up the items order on line. The staff are very friendly, always willing to assist me. I remember that I need find some small screws but only have a sample on hand, the staffs are very helpful and search the category to find the screws for me. Finally they can find it for me. I can says that the items provided by them are value for money and you can also pick a handy category and read it at home before you make the purchase. This category is very helpful for a DIY or tradesmen.
I placed an order in store for next day collection. 1 week later I had not heard anything so I phoned up and was told the order had been cancelled due to lack of stock. Not only can they not re-order the product for me as it will be in stock again later this week, but they are unable to refund me unless I go back to the store and put my card in the machine. A completely nonsensical waste of time.
I hadn't tried 'click & collect' before, so l gave it a go, not having been out for weeks. I found it excellent. I had confirmation my order was ready to collect in less than 5 minutes. Their charming staff were very helpful and friendly when l picked it up. The collection arrangements were well thought through. First class!
A fantastic stores with great staff members always willing to help you with returns or an alternative item. They are absolutely brilliant free parking upfront and room for disabled. Open 7 days a week until 8pm except Sunday. XXG
Walked in today at around 11am, was very tidy and clean, books laid out well, supplied with pens as well. The members or staff behind the counter very knowledgeable and friendly, definitely recommend to anyone. Also the prices are very good, always worth grabbing thier catalogue, it's like an adults version of Argos! Well done.
TOP SHOP, no pun intended. Just honest to goodness good service, very nearly always got what I want and will always offer to have it ready for next day. friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Well run shop, manager very hands on. My first choice.
Candice went the extra mile for me to find a small part to solve a plumbing problem. The part was only pennies but without her help I would have really been stuck. Great customer service!
Out of Stock of nearly everything, ordered something to customers address. Paid £5 for next day delivery, never turned up, called to get update, sent to a texting chat, where they told me they couldn't offer any good will gesture. Now have a 1 hour round trip into town on last day of job. Thanks a lot Toolstation. I'll use Screwfix from now on. Much more efficient in there.
During the lockdown it has been really easy to purchase DIY products from my local store. The click and collect service in place is excellent.. Both times I didnt need to queue, and within a matter of a few seconds I had collected my items and was on my way. Staff were very polite and efficient. Great Job!
