Wow I love my new Kitchen. I cannot believe this was my lounge. Thank you Ed Scott for such a fantastic design. You have managed to incorporate everything we wanted. Your advise and guidance helped us to achieve our dream Kitchen. All the products are of fabulous quality and look amazing. Hutton Kitchens did a great job on supplying & fitting our lovely kitchen about 4 years ago. There was a recent problem with the worktops that appeared more recently, well after the warranty had expired, and most likely a defect from the worktop manufacturer. Nevertheless Hutton stepped up to the mark & dealt with it. It is truly rare to find a company these days like Hutton that are willing to stand up and be counted and to do the right thing to maintain first class customer care & service & not to try to hide behind the small print or simply to become obstructive or try to deflect blame onto others. They simply put it right, and I could not ask for or expect more than that. Thank you.
Hutton Kitchens completed our kitchen a number of years ago and we were really happy with it when it was completed, we did have a minor issue that needed to be attended to a few years after the warranty period had expired, however i went back to Hutton Kitchens and they were very happy to come and help with the issue and resolved it really quickly. I do like a company that still wants to help customers afterwards, after care has disappeared from many companies but not Hutton Kitchens, thank you very much, would and have recommended to friends and certain would use again
Hutton Kitchens fitted my kitchen in lockdown. Our fitter Sam was superb. No request was too much, and his attention to detail was much appreciated. I had a German kitchen and the quality is very good indeed. I can’t recommend Hutton Kitchen enough. They are a trusted family company with fabulous fitters.
I would definitely recommend this company. Everyone I spoke to about a kitchen cupboard repair was so helpful. Their customer service is excellent. The job was completed and my elderly mum is really happy.
From start to finish of the project Hutton Kitchens have been brilliant. So good to know you are in good hands. Maxine helping us design & choose fittings etc was so lovely. The fitters were very efficient & so polite & friendly. Every part of the installation was checked & managed to a very high standard. Thank you to Paul project managing & Terry & Tom fitting. We really couldn’t fault anything at all. Very trustworthy people to have in your home. Very trustworthy company. Would highly recommend.
This is our third kitchen from Hutton Kitchens and we are absolutely delighted with the finished result and the excellent service we received. The whole process, from the design, through to fitting and dealing with snagging issues went very smoothly and nothing has been too much trouble. All the staff have been very hard working, trustworthy, polite and friendly - there is obviously a good team ethos as all the different skilled staff work so well together. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hutton Kitchens.
No customer service have had to chase every month and still get a very minimal reply and then gave to chase again. Kitchen was not even 8 mths old and work top blow have now been told can not spill water on a kitchen work top extractor fan not fit for purpose kitchen fills with steam. It looks good but is not fit for practical use, nice as a show kitchen
'Everything you could want from a kitchen company'. From the design of the kitchen to the supply and fitting Hutton Kitchens have been superb. We started planning our kitchen over a 10-month period and Nigel was very professional, helpful and certainly knows his stuff! We had a number of ideas and he helped us to develop this into the perfect kitchen we had hoped for. The install was overseen by Paul who was again very knowledgeable, helpful and provided a number of site visits to ensure the project was going smoothly as we had organised our own building work. The fitters, Terry and Tom were exceptional. Their knowledge and attention to detail each day was brilliant and the suggestions they made to improve certain aspects of the finish made a real difference. We did have some issues regarding delayed appliances and cabinets, not the fault of Hutton Kitchens, and the co-ordination and help provided by Julie in the office resolved these issues as quickly as they could. This is our second kitchen with Hutton and one of the reasons we stayed with them over other companies was the level of customer service and knowledge they have provided in the past, they did not disappoint once again. From Nigel's innovative design, to the precise drawing and fitting, we have been impressed with the quality and attention to detail throughout. The project was extremely well managed and delivered by a very friendly and professional team. We are absolutely delighted with the result.
