Can't believe I am writing a review on a Tesco but this place is possibly the worst Tesco I have ever been in. Staff rude as hell - literally no customer service at all,  stock trolleys constantly blocking the aisles, place smells in general.....never opens on time and security always have the doors locked at least 10 minutes before closing. The International shop next door or Morrisons on Watford way is a far better option.

Stopped buy from  tesco on the  day they charged my card twice for the  same purchase. I had to agree to  it or being arrested.  No apology, no investigation.  Instead I was told  that it was  my fault  because  people  like me are not honest.  I've  taken my £35K shopping elsewhere.

Customer service needs severe improving, v unhelpful and rude on multiple occasions so I avoid going unless I really have to - then remember why I don't go. I prefer going to Sainsburys further up for better customer service than Tesco.

Seriously how come there's no (genuine) customer focus?! Shop manager abusing the staff, I don't know but it's a place I'm now avoiding
